Description

A delicious and energizing way to start your day! These Creamy Coffee Overnight Oats combine the comforting flavors of coffee with the wholesome goodness of oats. Easy to make, nutritious, and perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (80 g) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) chia seeds
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (360 ml) milk of choice (I use almond milk)
  • ½ cup (120 ml) coffee (brewed and cooled)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt. Stir well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, brewed coffee, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  5. Divide the mixture into jars or a container, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  6. In the morning, stir and enjoy as is or top with fruits, nuts, or extra maple syrup.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for the best texture. Adjust the coffee amount based on preference. Add nut butter or yogurt for extra creaminess.
