Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 medium onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning homemade or store-bought
  • flour tortillas for serving

Instructions
 

  • Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Slice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers and the onion, then add them to the bowl with the chicken.
  • Add the olive oil and fajita seasoning to the chicken and vegetables, then toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Place the mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
  • Air fry at 390°F (about 200°C) for 10 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
  • Serve the cooked chicken and peppers in warm flour tortillas.

Notes

  • Slice ingredients uniformly for even cooking.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste before cooking.
  • Warm tortillas briefly before serving for best texture.
