Instructions
In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, and dried thyme (if using).
Whisk the ingredients until evenly blended to create the marinade.
Place up to 2 pounds of chicken in a container or resealable bag and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the chicken is coated.
Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Cook the chicken using your preferred method until done, then serve.
Notes
Leftover marinade can be refrigerated, covered, for up to three days.
Marinade can be frozen in an airtight container for up to one month.
Thaw frozen marinade completely before using.
