Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly oil or line an 8x8-inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, add the mashed bananas and peanut butter. Beat with an electric mixer or whisk just until combined and smooth.
Stir in the dark chocolate protein powder until fully incorporated, then fold in the mini chocolate chips (and diced nuts if using).
Pour the batter into the prepared 8x8 pan and spread into an even layer with a spatula.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until set around the edges and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing; dip a butter knife in water and wipe between slices to get clean cuts.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness and texture.
Natural, no-stir peanut butter works well for consistency.
Adjust bake time slightly for fudgier or firmer brownies.
Optional nuts add crunch if desired.
