- 3 cups crispy rice cereal This gives the bars that delightful crunch.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs The key ingredient that brings the s'mores essence.
- 1 cup chocolate chips Choose semi-sweet or milk chocolate for a rich flavor.
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter Helps bind everything together.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the unsalted butter and chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the mini marshmallows and vanilla extract. The heat will soften the marshmallows.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal and graham cracker crumbs. Pour the melted chocolate and marshmallow mixture over and stir quickly until well coated.
