In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced green onion, and garlic powder. Mix until well blended and creamy.
Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about a tablespoon of the filling into the center of the wrapper. Be careful not to overfill.
Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with a little water. Fold the wrapper over to create a triangle, pressing down to seal tightly. Pinch edges to create a decorative seal.
