Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • microwave-safe plate
  • Cooking spray

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • If the gnocchi are frozen, spread them on a microwave-safe plate and microwave 1–2 minutes until thawed and pliable.
  • Arrange the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces for air circulation.
  • Lightly coat the gnocchi with cooking spray.
  • Air-fry for 10 minutes, then shake the basket or turn the gnocchi.
  • Cook an additional 5–10 minutes, depending on desired color and crispness (5 minutes for lightly golden, up to 10 for darker, crispier gnocchi).

Notes

  • Thawing briefly helps achieve even crisping.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket to allow airflow.
  • Adjust final cook time for your preferred crispness.
