Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
If the gnocchi are frozen, spread them on a microwave-safe plate and microwave 1–2 minutes until thawed and pliable.
Arrange the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces for air circulation.
Lightly coat the gnocchi with cooking spray.
Air-fry for 10 minutes, then shake the basket or turn the gnocchi.
Cook an additional 5–10 minutes, depending on desired color and crispness (5 minutes for lightly golden, up to 10 for darker, crispier gnocchi).
Notes
Thawing briefly helps achieve even crisping.
Do not overcrowd the basket to allow airflow.
Adjust final cook time for your preferred crispness.
