Instructions
Step 1: Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl.
Step 2: Drizzle the light olive oil or avocado oil over the chicken wings. Add the kosher salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and ground black pepper. Mix everything together thoroughly.
Step 3: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Step 4: Arrange a batch of seasoned chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Step 5: Cook the wings for about 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through. For extra crispy wings, increase the time slightly.
Step 6: Once cooked to a golden brown, remove the chicken wings from the air fryer. Serve as is or toss in your favorite sauce.
Notes
