Ingredients
  

  • 1 steak (ribeye recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat the steak dry with paper towels and let it come to room temperature for a few minutes if chilled.
  • Brush or drizzle the steak with 1 tablespoon olive oil, then season both sides with 2 teaspoons steak seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  • Place the steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 400°F for 6 minutes.
  • Flip the steak and continue cooking for another 6 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached (use a meat thermometer to check).
  • Remove the steak from the air fryer and let it rest for 8 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  • Serve with any desired accompaniments such as garlic herb butter or steak sauce.
