Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
Beat the 2 large eggs in a small bowl until smooth.
In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Dip each ravioli from the 14-ounce package into the beaten eggs, letting excess drip off, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between pieces; work in batches if needed.
Spray the ravioli lightly with olive oil spray. Cook at 360°F for 3–4 minutes, then spray the exposed side, flip each ravioli, and cook an additional 3–4 minutes until golden and crisp.
Transfer to a plate and serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Work in batches to avoid crowding the air fryer basket.
Use a light, even spray of oil for best crisping.
Flip ravioli halfway through cooking for even browning.
