Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • 2 small bowls
  • Tongs or fork
  • Measuring Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 14 ounce package cheese ravioli
  • olive oil spray for spraying before and during cooking
  • marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  • Beat the 2 large eggs in a small bowl until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Dip each ravioli from the 14-ounce package into the beaten eggs, letting excess drip off, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  • Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between pieces; work in batches if needed.
  • Spray the ravioli lightly with olive oil spray. Cook at 360°F for 3–4 minutes, then spray the exposed side, flip each ravioli, and cook an additional 3–4 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Transfer to a plate and serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Work in batches to avoid crowding the air fryer basket.
  • Use a light, even spray of oil for best crisping.
  • Flip ravioli halfway through cooking for even browning.
