Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ground almonds / almond meal 250g
  • 2 large eggs
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter 70g
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures that your biscuits will bake evenly and rise perfectly.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will prevent the biscuits from sticking and make for easy cleanup.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk them together until well incorporated.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter until fully combined.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the bowl containing the dry ingredients. Stir gently with a spatula until a dough forms. Be careful not to overmix; you want to keep the biscuits light and fluffy.
  • Using your hands or a spoon, form the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball) and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten them slightly to form biscuit shapes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
  • Once baked, remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm with your favorite toppings!
