Total Time 45 minutes mins
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 16 ounces garlic Alfredo sauce
- 2 cans artichoke hearts 14-ounce each, drained and chopped
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed to room temperature
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Romano cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic fresh
- 4 ounces tortilla chips to serve
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure that your dip bakes evenly and becomes perfectly bubbly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and whole milk. Using a wooden spoon or spatula, mix until the cream cheese is smooth and creamy.
Pour in the garlic Alfredo sauce and continue to stir until it’s fully incorporated into the cream cheese mixture.
Add the chopped artichoke hearts and thawed spinach to the bowl. Gently fold them into the mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout.
Stir in the shredded Parmesan, Romano, and mozzarella cheeses, along with the minced garlic. Mix until everything is well combined and evenly dispersed.
Pour the creamy mixture into an oven-safe baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, making sure it’s level in the dish.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
- This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated; reheat before serving.
- Customize cheeses or add jalapeños for extra flavor.
