  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic very small, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 8 ounces shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese about 2 cups
  • 8 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese about 2 cups
  • 1/3 cup chopped pimentos drained

Instructions
 

  • Start by assembling all the ingredients on your countertop to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
  • Allow the cream cheese to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to soften it for easier mixing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix until creamy and well blended.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Add the shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese to the mixture. Fold them in gently to distribute evenly throughout the dip.
