Equipment

  • Oven-safe baking dish
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Wooden Spoon or Spatula
  • Knife or pizza cutter
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16-ounce) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup quartered pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

Instructions

The Method for Bubble Pizza

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures that your Bubble Pizza bakes evenly and comes out perfectly golden.
  • Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit into quarters. This will create the delightful bubbles as they bake!
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered biscuits, pizza sauce, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepperoni. Gently toss everything together until the biscuit pieces are evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese generously on top, ensuring every bite will be cheesy.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. The aroma will be irresistible!
  • Once out of the oven, let the Bubble Pizza cool for a few minutes. Then, serve it warm and let everyone pull apart their cheesy, bubbly pieces. Enjoy the deliciousness!

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the baking dish to allow biscuits to rise and bubble up beautifully.
  • Experiment with different cheese blends for unique flavor variations.
  • Try adding seasonal vegetables or different meats for customized versions.
  • Allow the dish to cool slightly before serving to help the cheese set for easy pulling apart.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
