Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
Fold in salt, cocoa powder, and flour until just combined.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Mix creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth, adding milk if necessary.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled brownies and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let everything set before serving.
