Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste or 2 anchovies, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • Kosher salt to taste

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Having everything ready to go makes the process smooth and enjoyable.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 3/4 cup of mayonnaise. This will serve as the creamy base of your dressing.
  • Pour in 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, followed by the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste. Whisk these ingredients together until well combined.
  • Next, add 2 tablespoons of finely grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Stir until the cheese is fully integrated into the dressing.
  • Finally, season your dressing with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Start with a pinch of each and adjust according to your preference.
  • For the best flavor, cover the dressing and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
