- 2 lbs. skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasonings
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 dashes cayenne pepper
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature will help the chicken skin get crispy while keeping the meat juicy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Cajun seasonings, honey, salt, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until the ingredients are well blended and a smooth marinade forms.
