Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch size
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 medium tomato thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro chopped, optional
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt or creamy garlic sauce for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Start by slicing the chicken breasts into thin strips. Toss the chicken strips with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink and has a golden sear.
  • Reduce heat to low, sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side or microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for 20 seconds.
  • Place a warm tortilla flat, add fresh spinach leaves, tomato slices, and red onion. Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture over the veggies. Sprinkle chopped cilantro if desired and drizzle with yogurt or garlic sauce.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately while warm.

Notes

For juicier chicken, marinate for 30 minutes before cooking. Use a mix of cheeses for best flavor. Add cayenne pepper or hot sauce for spice. Avoid overfilling wraps to prevent tearing. Keep wraps warm in a low oven wrapped in foil. Sauté garlic gently to avoid bitterness. Vegetarian and gluten-free variations are possible.
