  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast cubed
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 large bread bowls
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the cubed chicken breast. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook the chicken pieces for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Alfredo Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Allow it to reduce slightly for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
  • Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Step 3: Combine Chicken and Sauce

  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing it in the Alfredo sauce to coat each piece evenly. Let everything warm together for another 2 minutes so the flavors meld beautifully.

Step 4: Prepare the Bread Bowls

  • While the sauce is simmering, cut a circular lid from the top of each bread bowl. Hollow out the inside, leaving about a 1-inch thick shell to hold the sauce and chicken. Save the bread you remove for dipping later!

Step 5: Assemble and Serve

  • Spoon the creamy chicken Alfredo mixture generously into each bread bowl. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness. Serve immediately while warm, accompanied by the bread you scooped out for an irresistible dipping experience.
