  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie or homemade)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Lasagna Noodles

  • Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil. Add the 9 lasagna noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse them briefly with cold water to stop cooking. Lay the noodles flat on a clean kitchen towel or parchment paper to dry and cool.

Step 2: Make the Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the 2 cups of cooked, shredded chicken with ricotta cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, ½ cup grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
