Chicken Caesar Wraps

A quick, crowd-pleasing wrap with chopped chicken, crispy bacon, romaine, Parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups romaine lettuce shredded
  • 2 cups cooked chicken chopped
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 6 8-inch flour tortillas 5–6 tortillas (use 6) — 8-inch size

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded romaine, chopped cooked chicken, chopped cooked bacon, grated Parmesan, and croutons.
  • Add the Caesar dressing and toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Lay an 8-inch flour tortilla flat, spoon about 1/6 of the filling into the center of each tortilla, fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  • Slice each wrap in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Warm the tortillas slightly to make rolling easier.
  • Adjust dressing amount to taste.
