- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt fat-free, plain
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
Add the skim milk, almond butter, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey, and shredded coconut to a blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds depending on your blender.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately chilled.
