Make sure you have all the ingredients measured out and ready to go.
In your high-speed blender, combine the 1 cup of milk, 1 scoop of protein powder, 6 oz of vanilla yogurt (or 1 banana), 2 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp of salt, and your sweetener of choice. If you're using almond butter, add it here as well.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well-combined and the mixture is creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is blended evenly.
Give your shake a taste. If you prefer it sweeter, add a little more sweetener and blend again.
Pour your Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake into a tall glass or shaker bottle. Enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture!
