Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk of choice dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 scoop protein powder 30g, vanilla flavor works best
  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt or 1 banana for creaminess and sweetness
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt a pinch
  • sweetener of choice honey, maple syrup, or sugar substitute, adjust to taste
  • 1 spoonful almond butter optional, for added creaminess and healthy fats

Directions: Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake

  • Make sure you have all the ingredients measured out and ready to go.
  • In your high-speed blender, combine the 1 cup of milk, 1 scoop of protein powder, 6 oz of vanilla yogurt (or 1 banana), 2 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp of salt, and your sweetener of choice. If you're using almond butter, add it here as well.
  • Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well-combined and the mixture is creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is blended evenly.
  • Give your shake a taste. If you prefer it sweeter, add a little more sweetener and blend again.
  • Pour your Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake into a tall glass or shaker bottle. Enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture!

  • Use a high-speed blender to achieve a smooth, creamy texture and avoid graininess.
