Salad Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a small mixing bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice to make the dressing.
  • Step 2: Add the minced garlic and dried oregano to the bowl and stir to create a smooth mixture.
  • Step 3: Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste, then set aside.
  • Step 4: Wash and dry your favorite greens, then tear them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 5: In a large bowl, add the greens and pour the prepared dressing over the top. Toss gently to coat.
