Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.
  • Next, scoop in 1/2 cup of sour cream.
  • Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh chives, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Using a hand mixer or a whisk, blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
