Assemble the Layers
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese and whipped cream mixture evenly over the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish. Arrange a layer of whole graham crackers on top, covering the cream layer completely.
Sprinkle half of the chopped nuts over the graham crackers, then dust with one tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder. Follow this by layering half of the chocolate chips on top.
Repeat these layers: spread another layer of the cream mixture, then graham crackers, remaining nuts, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips.
- Make sure cream cheese is softened to room temperature for a smooth mixture.
- Whip heavy cream just until stiff peaks form to avoid grainy texture.
- Fold whipped cream gently to preserve fluffiness.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow layers to set properly.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
