Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (80 g)
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds (30 g)
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice (360 ml, almond milk recommended)
  • 0.5 cup brewed coffee (cooled, 120 ml)
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup (30 ml)
  • 0.5 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (2.5 ml)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt. Stir well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together milk, brewed coffee, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  • Divide the mixture into jars or a container, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir and enjoy as is or top with fruits, nuts, or extra maple syrup.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for the best texture. Adjust the coffee amount based on preference. Add nut butter or yogurt for extra creaminess.
