Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 chicken legs (drumsticks)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Pat the 4–6 chicken legs dry with paper towels and place them in a medium bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper until combined.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle the seasoning mix on top. Toss the legs until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the chicken legs in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 10 minutes, then flip each leg and continue cooking for another 7–8 minutes.
  • Check doneness with a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C). Remove and let rest briefly before serving.

  • Patting the chicken dry helps achieve crispier skin.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches 165°F.
