Pat the 4–6 chicken legs dry with paper towels and place them in a medium bowl.
In a small bowl, mix 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper until combined.
Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle the seasoning mix on top. Toss the legs until evenly coated.
Arrange the chicken legs in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 10 minutes, then flip each leg and continue cooking for another 7–8 minutes.
Check doneness with a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C). Remove and let rest briefly before serving.
