Air Fryer
Large Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
1
lb
gnocchi
2
tablespoons
olive oil
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
paprika
2
tablespoons
finely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and grated Parmesan; toss until the gnocchi are evenly coated.
Transfer the coated gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single even layer (work in batches if needed).
Air fry for 13–15 minutes, shaking the basket 3–4 times during cooking so the gnocchi crisp evenly.
Remove when the gnocchi are golden and crispy; garnish as desired and serve with marinara on the side.
Notes
Avocado oil can be used instead of olive oil for a richer flavor.
If using Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi, skip their package directions and follow this method.
The air fryer yields the crispiest texture compared with pan-frying or baking.
This recipe is flexible—swap or add seasonings to taste.
