In a small bowl, combine 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika; sprinkle the mixture evenly over the salmon.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (if your model requires preheating). Place the seasoned fillets in the air fryer basket or drawer flesh-side up without overlapping.
Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, then check for doneness. Continue cooking in 1–2 minute increments as needed until the salmon reaches 145°F internal temperature.
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and let rest for a minute, then serve with desired sides.
