Serving plates
- 4 pieces Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips large pieces
- 1 cup carrots shredded
- 0.5 cup red onion diced
- 0.5 cup blue cheese dressing
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 pieces flour tortilla wraps 10 inches in diameter
- 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
Start by heating a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add the Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips and cook according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the chicken cooks, combine shredded carrots, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro in a mixing bowl. Pour in blue cheese dressing and mix well to coat the vegetables.
Once chicken strips are cooked, remove from heat and drizzle with buffalo sauce. Use tongs to toss chicken gently until well coated.
Lay a flour tortilla flat on a serving plate. Spoon a generous amount of blue cheese slaw onto the center, then add a few crispy chicken strips.
Fold sides of the tortilla inward and roll from the bottom up to create a secure wrap. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra buffalo sauce or your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
- For a healthier option, substitute blue cheese dressing with a yogurt-based dressing.
- Warm tortillas slightly before rolling to make them more pliable and easier to fold.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days and reheat in a skillet to maintain crispiness.
