Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar adds sweetness and helps achieve that fluffy texture
  • 2 Tbsp instant coffee granules providing the rich coffee flavor
  • 2 Tbsp hot water essential for dissolving the coffee and sugar
  • 1 cup milk any type will work, choose your favorite for a creamy base
  • Ice for serving, perfect for enjoying as an iced coffee

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of instant coffee granules, and 2 tablespoons of hot water.
  • Using a whisk or an electric mixer, whip the mixture vigorously until it turns light and fluffy, about 2-4 minutes with a mixer or 8-12 minutes by hand.
  • In a glass or mug, pour 1 cup of your preferred milk over ice if making iced. For hot, heat the milk but do not boil.
  • Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk to create layers.
  • Before sipping, stir the Dalgona Coffee to combine flavors. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use instant coffee for the fluffy whipped texture; regular brewed coffee will not work.
  • Whip the coffee mixture long enough to achieve thick, fluffy peaks.
  • Store leftover whipped coffee in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days and stir before reuse.
  • Try variations like vanilla, chocolate, spiced, caramel, or nut milk versions for different flavors.
