In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of instant coffee granules, and 2 tablespoons of hot water.
Using a whisk or an electric mixer, whip the mixture vigorously until it turns light and fluffy, about 2-4 minutes with a mixer or 8-12 minutes by hand.
In a glass or mug, pour 1 cup of your preferred milk over ice if making iced. For hot, heat the milk but do not boil.
Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk to create layers.
Before sipping, stir the Dalgona Coffee to combine flavors. Enjoy!
