For the Brownie Pops:
- 16 pieces Brownies 2-inch squares, homemade or store-bought
- 2/3 cup Dove chocolate melted
- 1 tablespoon Heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons Powdered sugar sifted
- 3-5 tablespoons Water to adjust consistency
- 3 tablespoons Toppings sweetened shredded coconut, chopped peanuts, chopped sliced almonds, toffee bits, crushed potato chips, Cap'n Crunch, or preferred options
Preparation
Cut the brownies into 2-inch squares if not already cut. Remove from packaging if using store-bought brownies.
In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, combine the melted Dove chocolate and heavy cream. Heat in short intervals, stirring frequently until smooth.
Add powdered sugar to the chocolate mixture and gradually stir in 3-5 tablespoons of water until smooth and slightly runny.
Insert a popsicle stick into each brownie square, ensuring it is stable and centered.
Dip each brownie pop into the melted chocolate coating, swirling to fully coat. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
Sprinkle your choice of toppings over the wet chocolate coating on each brownie pop.
