In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped green onions. Mix until evenly incorporated.
Form the mixture into 6–8 evenly sized patties.
Place the flour on a shallow plate and lightly coat each patty in the flour, shaking off excess.
Heat a thin layer of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the patties to the skillet and cook 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer patties to a plate lined with paper towel to drain briefly before serving.
