Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture

  • In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir well until everything is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Line a Baking Sheet

  • Take a small baking sheet or shallow pan and line it with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the parchment paper to about 1/4-inch thickness.

Add the Berries and Nuts

  • Evenly scatter 1 cup of mixed berries over the yogurt layer. Then sprinkle 1/4 cup of chopped nuts—almonds, walnuts, or pecans—over the top.

Freeze Until Firm

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the yogurt bark to freeze completely, about 3 to 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Break and Serve

  • Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and carefully peel the parchment paper off the bottom. Break the bark into irregular pieces or squares and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

  • Spread the yogurt evenly to ensure uniform freezing and easy breaking.
  • Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of honey or maple syrup, keeping in mind Greek yogurt is naturally tangy.
