- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest from a small lemon
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice from 1-2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1.5 pounds chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 10 ounces green beans trimmed and cut in half

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the low sodium soy sauce, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, toasted sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili garlic sauce.
Coat the Chicken
In a separate bowl, combine the corn starch, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken pieces in the mixture until they’re evenly coated.
Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
