Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
Place the bite-sized steak pieces in a medium bowl. Add the olive oil and 1 teaspoon Stone House Seasoning, then toss with tongs until all pieces are evenly coated.
Transfer the seasoned steak pieces to the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
Cook in the air fryer for about 12 minutes, shaking the basket or turning the pieces halfway through, until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 145°F for medium doneness.
Remove the steak bites from the air fryer, let rest briefly, season with additional Stone House Seasoning if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
For grill: cook 3–4 minutes per side over medium-high heat.
For pan-frying: cook 3–4 minutes per side in a hot skillet over medium-high heat.
For oven: bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
To make garlic butter variation: drizzle melted butter with minced garlic over cooked bites.
To use sauces: toss cooked bites with teriyaki or BBQ sauce as desired.
