Instructions

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking of the eggs.
  • Prepare the sheet pan by pouring melted butter onto the surface and spreading it evenly. If using parchment paper, place it on the pan first, then drizzle the butter on top.
  • Carefully crack each of the 12 eggs onto the sheet pan, spacing them out evenly. Alternatively, whisk all eggs together for scrambled eggs and pour into the pan.
  • Season the eggs with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper to enhance flavor.
  • Bake the eggs in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the whites are set and yolks cooked to your liking. For runny yolks, check around 10 minutes.
  • Remove the sheet pan from the oven and use a spatula to gently lift the eggs. Serve immediately, garnished with additional salt and pepper if desired.

Notes

  • Use fresh eggs for the best texture and flavor.
  • Experiment with seasonings like paprika, garlic powder, or fresh herbs to customize your eggs.
  • Store leftover eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat gently in the microwave.
