Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla-flavored
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup adds natural sweetness
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, or pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Wash the berries thoroughly and pat them dry. Slice strawberries thinly. Roughly chop the nuts as preferred.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Stir until fully incorporated and adjust sweetness if desired.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the sweetened yogurt evenly into a thin layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Evenly sprinkle the mixed berries over the yogurt layer, gently pressing them in. Scatter the chopped nuts on top.
  • Freeze the baking sheet for at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight, until the yogurt bark is completely firm.
  • Remove the frozen yogurt bark from the freezer, peel off the parchment paper, and break into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
