Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 2 cups Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups Blueberries
  • 2 cups Seedless Grapes halved
  • 3 medium Kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 pound Fresh Pineapple peeled, cored, and diced
  • 2 medium Bananas sliced
  • 4 medium Mandarins peeled and segmented

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 limes Juice of

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Rinse all fruits under cool water. Hull and slice strawberries, halve grapes, peel and slice kiwis, peel, core, and dice pineapple, slice bananas, and segment mandarins.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine all prepared fruits gently to avoid crushing.
  • Step 3: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until smooth.
  • Step 4: Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss until coated.
  • Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use ripe, seasonal fruits for the best flavor. Prepare the dressing in advance but mix just before serving to avoid sogginess.
