  • 1 pound Ground Chicken 450 g
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.25 cup Plain Breadcrumbs 30 g
  • 1 small Onion, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 ounces Feta Cheese, crumbled 120 g
  • 0.25 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, drained and chopped 40 g
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt or ½ teaspoon table salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Avocado Oil for cooking 15 ml

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Grate your onion, mince the garlic, and chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Step 2: Mix the Chicken Mixture. In a large bowl, add the ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, crumbled feta cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped dill, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Step 3: Shape the Patties. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a burger patty, about ¾ inch thick.
  • Step 4: Cook the Burgers. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Step 5: Serve and Enjoy. Remove the burgers from the skillet and let them rest. Serve on buns with toppings like lettuce, tomato, or tzatziki sauce.

Notes

Make sure to use fresh herbs for the best flavor. You can substitute sun-dried tomatoes with roasted red peppers if needed.
