Instructions

Step 2: Mix the Chicken Mixture. In a large bowl, add the ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, crumbled feta cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped dill, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
Step 3: Shape the Patties. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a burger patty, about ¾ inch thick.
Step 4: Cook the Burgers. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
