Instructions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Step 2: Add the sirloin steak cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably longer.
Step 3: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
Step 4: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Step 5: Grill the kabobs for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally until they reach desired doneness (130°F for medium-rare).
Step 6: Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
