Ingredients

Marinade Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar or Grape juice vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Beef

  • 2 pounds Sirloin Steak cut into 1 ¼ inch cubes

Instructions

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  • Step 2: Add the sirloin steak cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably longer.
  • Step 3: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  • Step 4: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Step 5: Grill the kabobs for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally until they reach desired doneness (130°F for medium-rare).
  • Step 6: Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding chopped herbs to the marinade. Ensure grill grates are clean and oiled to prevent sticking.
