Add the chow mein noodles to the melted almond bark. Gently fold the noodles until evenly coated.
Fold in the M&Ms carefully to distribute throughout the mixture.
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping into small mounds or nests.
Let the haystacks cool at room temperature until the almond bark hardens, or refrigerate to set faster.
Once set, enjoy your haystacks as a sweet treat or party snack.
- Store haystacks in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
- Try using dark or milk chocolate almond bark for a different flavor.
- Substitute M&Ms with mini chocolate chips or dried fruit for a healthier variation.
