Instructions
Step 1: Warm the milk and combine it with sugar and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
Step 2: Stir in melted butter and eggs into the yeast mixture.
Step 3: In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until a dough forms.
Step 4: Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Step 5: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (1-2 hours).
Step 6: Prepare the apple filling by tossing chopped apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
Step 7: Roll out the dough into a large rectangle (16x24 inches).
Step 8: Spread melted butter over the dough, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, then add apple filling.
Step 9: Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 equal pieces.
Step 10: Place rolls cut side up in a greased baking pan and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Step 11: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Step 12: Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Step 13: Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.
