Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Milk, warm Between 105° and 115°F (40° and 46°C)
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 packet Instant Yeast (about 2 ¼ teaspoons)
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted And cooled
  • 2 large Eggs At room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour

Apple Filling Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium Apples Peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar For tossing with apples
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice To preserve color

Glaze Ingredients

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons Milk To adjust consistency
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Warm the milk and combine it with sugar and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  • Step 2: Stir in melted butter and eggs into the yeast mixture.
  • Step 3: In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  • Step 4: Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Step 5: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (1-2 hours).
  • Step 6: Prepare the apple filling by tossing chopped apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  • Step 7: Roll out the dough into a large rectangle (16x24 inches).
  • Step 8: Spread melted butter over the dough, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, then add apple filling.
  • Step 9: Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 equal pieces.
  • Step 10: Place rolls cut side up in a greased baking pan and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
  • Step 11: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 12: Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Step 13: Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.

For best results, ensure eggs and milk are at room temperature. Allow dough to rise fully for fluffiness.
