  • 2 cups half and half creamy base
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar rich, caramel-like sweetness
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract aromatic flavor

Cooking Homemade Coffee Creamer: The Process

  • In a medium saucepan, pour in the 2 cups of half and half along with the 1 cup of packed brown sugar.
  • Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir the mixture with a whisk as it heats to help dissolve the brown sugar completely.
