  • 2 parts dried turmeric powder
  • 2 parts dried coriander powder
  • 2 parts dried cumin powder
  • 1 part lemon pepper
  • 1 part cinnamon

Instructions

  • Using your measuring spoons, measure out the spices according to the ratios: 2 parts turmeric, 2 parts coriander, 2 parts cumin, 1 part lemon pepper, and 1 part cinnamon.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, add all the measured spices.
  • Using a whisk or spoon, mix the spices together until they are well combined.
  • Transfer your Homemade Moroccan Spice Blend into a glass jar or an airtight container. Label it with the date, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Notes

  • Store your spice blend in an airtight container away from light and moisture to maintain freshness for up to six months.
  • Use fresh spices for the best flavor and aroma; stale spices can dull the blend.
  • Experiment with the proportions or substitute spices to customize the blend to your taste.
