Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube crescent rolls 8 rolls
  • 1 small zucchini diced small
  • 1 cup red onion sliced
  • 1 Roma tomato diced
  • 1 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup hummus any flavor
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese or feta
  • olive oil small amount for sautéing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure a perfectly baked crust.
  • Open the tube of crescent rolls and unroll the dough onto a large baking sheet. Press the seams together to form one large rectangle with no gaps.
  • Bake the dough for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown, watching carefully to prevent over-baking.
  • While the crust bakes, heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced zucchini and sliced red onion, sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly tender, then add chopped broccoli and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Once the crust is baked and slightly cooled, spread the hummus evenly over the top, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the sautéed vegetables over the hummus layer, then add the diced Roma tomato on top for freshness and crunch.
  • Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese or feta over the entire pizza for tang and richness.
  • Return the assembled pizza to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is warmed and slightly melted.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice into squares or triangles. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Use whole wheat crescent rolls for added fiber and nutrition.
  • Substitute goat cheese with nutritional yeast for a vegan twist.
