Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne powder (if using), and ground black pepper.
Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken thighs and drizzle with olive oil. Coat evenly and sprinkle the spice mixture on top.
