Instructions
Start by ensuring that your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier blending and a smooth texture.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and brown sugar. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat until creamy and well combined.
Add the sour cream and Kahlua to the bowl. Mix until fully incorporated and smooth.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip with a spatula to maintain the airy texture.
Stir in the chopped pecans evenly throughout the dip.
Transfer the dip to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld. Serve with cut fruit, shortbread, or ginger cookies.
Notes
