- 2 cups almond flour reduce by 2 tablespoons if using super-fine almond flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese mature or medium, 80g
- 3 tablespoons melted butter 40g
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures that your biscuits cook evenly and rise beautifully.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and baking powder. If you're using super-fine almond flour, remember to reduce the amount by 2 tablespoons.
Next, add the beaten eggs and melted butter to the dry mixture. Mix until fully combined.
