Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour reduce by 2 tablespoons if using super-fine almond flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese mature or medium, 80g
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter 40g
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures that your biscuits cook evenly and rise beautifully.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and baking powder. If you're using super-fine almond flour, remember to reduce the amount by 2 tablespoons.
  • Next, add the beaten eggs and melted butter to the dry mixture. Mix until fully combined.
  • Fold in the grated cheddar cheese, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Using your hands or a spoon, scoop out portions of the dough and shape them into biscuits. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each biscuit for expansion.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and fluffy.
  • Once baked, remove the biscuits from the oven and allow them to cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
